Beyond Project Management: Essential Program Management
Prof. Dr. Te Wu (PMI-RMP, PMP, PgMP, PfMP) has over 25 years of hands-on experience as a management consultant, project manager, corporate leader, non-profit executive, college professor, professional trainer, thought leader, entrepreneur, researcher, and writer. He is a professor at Montclair State University and China Europe International Business School, and the CEO of PMO Advisory, a PMI Premier Authorized Training Partner. He has worked on complex projects, programs, and portfolios ranging from Global/Fortune 500 companies to world-class non-profit organizations. Previously led projects, programs, and portfolio of up to USD $300+ million, Te brings a combination of hands-on experience with deep knowledge of project, program, and portfolio management. He is also an avid volunteer, previously served on two PMI standard core committees for portfolio and risk management. Currently, he is a U.S delegate on the ISO TC258 for Project, Programme, and Portfolio Management and the Director of Symposia for PMINYC. He has written multiple books; three recent books are Optimizing Project Management (Taylor & Francis), Sensible Guide to PgMP Success (Taylor & Francis), Sensible Guide to Passing the PfMP Exam (iExperi), and Implementing Project Portfolio Management (PMI).
