Keynote Title: Scrum at Scale: The Official Guide for Scaling that Works
Starting from the origins of Scrum, Jeff Sutherland, the co-founder will illustrate how the movement is now moving towards Scrum@Scale. It was developed from Dr. Sutherland’s own experience and with the input of many experienced Scrum practitioners. The guide codifies what works when scaling Scrum. By definition, Scrum itself was designed to address complex adaptive problems. Scrum@Scale is the natural extension of well-implemented Scrum, which can run an entire organization. It was created to efficiently coordinate an ecosystem of multiple teams that optimizes the execution of an organization’s overall strategy. The Scrum@Scale framework is designed to be used across the enterprise as a whole: all departments, products, and services. It can be applied across multiple domains in all types of organizations in industry, government, or academia. click here to learn more information about scrumatscale The current Harvard Business Review magazine talks about Agile At Scale co-authoring Dr. Sutherland.
