Q:  Where is the conference being held? 

Attendees who registered early had a wrong address KCB…we moved the location to PHOTONICS   8 St Marys St, Boston, MA 02215.  You will see signs clearly once you approach this large 9 floor build entrance.

Q:  Where is the parking?

If you are a speaker or panelist you are parking at: Warren Towers. All guests are parking at:

The Granby Lot at the corner of Commonwealth Avenue and Granby Street is a cash-only lot. The lot is attended Mondays through Fridays 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Q:  What is the dress code?

Casual. You are in a college environment. Dress for comfort.

Q:  What does the conference fees cover?

Q: Is conference housing available?

  • Excellent housing is available on campus and we are not sure if rooms are still available.  Be proactive with scheduling—visit http://stay.bu.edu/PMiP.bnb.  (see details above for the location.)

Q: Local Transportation  

  • If you are staying at BU Student Village it is a 15 minute brisk walk to the conference location. Take the BU Bus for free—see the live schedule here.

Q: Where and when are the Workshops? What about sign-up?

  • They are embedded with the agenda. The workshop registration is included with the Fees of $75 for a limited time.  Priority for admissions to workshops is by your registration date. There is no sign-up sheet. Participants who registered early get priority admissions. 

Q. How do I get the free guest WIFI?

  • Boston University supports EDUROAM – login with your university credentials.
  • Other guests follow the instructions that appear automatically on your device for guest wifi. 
  • Ask volunteers for help.

Q. Can I volunteer or participate actively? Can I be a sponsor?
